In order to cater for the need of market change and company development, we have set up Henan Jiaozuo Huakang Chemical Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Huakang Enterprises and also invested in building up raw material base in Jilin. In 2001, Zhejiang huakang polyols high-tech research institute was founded and we were approved “provincial high-tech company research and development center” by Zhejiang Technology Bureau and “provincial enterprise technology center” by Zhejiang Economy and Trade Committee. This center cooperates with Zhjiang University, Zhejiang Industry University and JiangNan University to set up provincial technology innovation base—Polyols Industry chromatogram Application Research Center, and build a top polyols research and human resource training base.
